This illustration, which accompanied the Real Estate section's Right at Home column on April 24, 2020, aptly depicts the social isolation–fueled trend of mass puppy adoption observed during the first months of the coronavirus pandemic when it seemed everyone had a new puppy (or cat, or bird) in their homes.
Trisha Krauss began her career in New York City where she collaborated with an array of companies such as Town & Country, The New Yorker, Travel and Leisure and The New York Times.
